What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me vis phone or email, I'll pick it up rescue it then return it saved!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working in the Fire House to save the city money we would get donated pieces of purchase them from thrift shops repair them then freshen them up, so after 15 years of doing that I found that I had the knack for it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It depends on the piece and how extensive the customer wants to save it. It can be minor or major so it does depend on the piece. BUT I am very fare, I am not trying to become a millonaire from doing this I can even barter or work out a price for you.

From the previous story told plus know that there was a need/want for it.

Home owners and business owners
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for examples of their work and them not promising the impossible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Know what you want or have examples of what you want, if you have pictures to refer to that is even better.
