What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the project, I give free estimates with repairs, and if it's a larger project I like to walk the site and meet with the client to discuss the issues and or the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got a bachelor degree in business and have been an IT professional for over 20 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the project, if it's a small repair it can range from 50 dollars and larger network installations run about 125 per billable hour..

Everyone from small residential customers with a virus on thier computer, to large government contract projects, network installation, data wiring, cyber security, security camera systems
