When I got the email asking me to review the services, I was more than happy to share my experience. Im a small business owner, just starting out and was opening a new office. I was reffered to csi by my Internet sales person(At&t) and I thought wow if At&t is reffering them they must be good. Alex came out and basically told me exactly what I needed for my office. he even helped me with things I didnt know I needed like compliance and regulation requirements that I wasnt aware of. and while I did spend more than I expected it was worth it, I later found out that if i hadnt done all this it would have cost me a lot more in fines and could have even cost me my business. Alex literally saved my businesss and helped me understand that one of the things you should never skimp on is IT and Security. Thank you CSI I am forever grateful and will always use you guys for all my IT needs, By the way what I thought at the time was expensive was actually a lot less than others would have charged for the same services and equipment. so yes Very Highly Recommeded.

a few years ago I lost my parents in an accident, and I had a computer that I had saved all of our family pictures to, well this computer decided to crash on me and I thought I had lost everything. I called CSI after a friend referred me and Alex came out and picked up my computer, the next day he dropped it off good as new and was able to recover every single picture I thought I had lost. when others quoted me thousands of dollars to recover my pictures. Alex took care of everything for a few hundred dollars. well worth it.. thank you sooo much you truly have no idea how much this meant to me.

Alex did an amazing job with our office wiring, he set up all the data Jacks and phone lines and our wifi. We have never had any problems with our new network and internet he even networked all of our computers and basically had our office up and running in less than 2 days when others quoted us 2 weeks.

    Frequently asked questions

Every project begins with listening. For larger projects, I like to schedule a site walk-through with the customer to understand their goals, challenges, and existing setup. This allows me to provide a clear plan of action and recommend the best solutions for their needs. For smaller jobs, I typically start with a detailed consultation—either onsite or remotely—to quickly assess the issue and outline next steps. My goal is always to keep the process transparent, efficient, and tailored to each customer’s unique situation.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and have over 20 years of hands-on experience in IT services, networking, and security systems. Over the years, I’ve completed specialized training in structured cabling, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and access control systems. My background allows me to not only provide technical expertise but also manage projects with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. For smaller repairs, costs generally start around $125. Larger projects such as network installations are typically billed at $175 per hour. For businesses with ongoing IT needs, I also offer service agreements with discounted hourly rates, ensuring clients receive reliable support while keeping costs predictable. I always provide clear, upfront estimates so customers know exactly what to expect before work begins.
I’ve always had a passion for technology and problem-solving. Early in my career, I realized that combining my technical expertise with my drive to help people was the perfect path. What started as helping family, friends, and small businesses quickly grew into a full-scale IT services company. Today, I take pride in delivering solutions that not only fix immediate problems but also position my clients for long-term success.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of customers—from homeowners needing help with a computer virus, to small businesses requiring network and security upgrades, to large-scale government contract projects. My clients include medical and dental offices, auto dealerships, car washes, and corporate offices. Essentially, I work with anyone who relies on technology to keep their business or home running smoothly. Whether it’s a one-time repair or a full system installation, I approach every project with the same commitment to quality and reliability.
One event I’m especially proud of was completing a comprehensive IT and security installation for a new medical office. The project included setting up their network, installing secure WiFi, configuring access controls, and deploying surveillance cameras to ensure patient and staff safety. The office was able to open on schedule with all systems running seamlessly, and the staff expressed how much peace of mind they felt knowing their technology was in reliable hands. That’s the kind of impact that makes this work so rewarding.
My best advice is to look for a provider who not only understands the technical side of IT and security systems but also takes the time to understand your business needs. Ask about their experience with projects similar to yours, whether they offer ongoing support after installation, and if they can provide references. A good IT partner should focus on reliability, security, and scalability—so your technology continues to support your business as it grows. At CSI Techs, we pride ourselves on being transparent, responsive, and always putting our clients’ needs first.
Before reaching out to a professional, customers should think about what their main goals are and what problems they want solved. For example, are you looking to increase network speed and reliability, improve cybersecurity, set up a surveillance system, or simply fix an immediate issue? It also helps to consider your budget, timeline, and whether you’ll need ongoing support after the initial work is done. Another good question is how scalable the solution should be—will it work for you now and also in the future as your business grows? The clearer your goals, the easier it is for a professional like us to design a tailored solution that saves you time and money.
