He ended up staying 3.5hours because he did such an amazing and detailed job. The final product was top notch work. I felt bad that the project took so long and offered to pay him a bit more, but he honored the initial estimated cost for me. I was impressed by his integrity. It would be a good investment. (Power drills don't quite do the same job). A second recommendation is modern wall anchors are also your friend. Finally, for drywall, drywall screws are also your friend. Plus a spring loaded center-hole punch would make leveling and wall mounting stuff so much easier.
