I'm a professional I like to see the start and the finish I love the business. My father was a builder, and Lumber Yard owner for years in Dallas H built many homes and I followed in his footstep I have built homes for over 55 years large and small my first home was in 1963 approx 3700 sq. ft. and I was general manager for IC Deal in the late '60s and general manager for Daniel Investments both were large investment firms I really enjoyed the travel and the expertise I had with these giants. IC Deal was the largest apartment builder in the world, Daniel we build Tremont rest homes they also had 114-bed healthcare buildings for the bedridden patients. these Hospital type buildings were a first for me so I received some new experience. I received a lot of engineering experience some I would have normally not had the chance for.
