What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have contacted us, we work with you to set up a appointment for a tree specialists to meet with you and go over your project. At this appointment the scope and detail of the work will be reviewed. We then provide you with a free, no-obligation quote that is emailed to you for your consideration!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We staff several Certified Arborists and Licensed Applicators on our consultation team and all our crews are led by highly experienced climbers and team supervisors with a minimum of 8 years’ experience for any leadership role.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure you hire a tree service company with a good reputation. Verify that their liability insurance is current by calling their agent and checking. Tree work is one of the most dangerous jobs in the country, be very vigilant in making sure you are protected!
