What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talked with the customer over the phone to find out about their needs, after find out the services that he requires we schedule a visit to provide an estimate. We can also provide a close estimate by picture and dimensions if customers require it.
How did you get started in this business?
We started on the business doing work for family and friends, and this take us do to jobs to friends of friends. We get most of our jobs by referrals.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all type of customers, residential, commercial, low budget, big projects. We tried to serve the all the customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I will recommend them to talk with 2 or 3 providers and found out which one can provide you a better service.
Quality of materials, labor, speed of service, knowleadge and pricing.
Sometime customers are so excited to make renovation that they do not take the time to think carefully of the decision that they are taking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They need to take the time to think about what they want to do and how much they want to spend, this way we can provide suggestions to fit on their needs and budget.
