They worked quickly to mix and pour the concrete for my backyard patio. I was under the impression each side would have a clean edge, but they left the edges rough at the bottom where the concrete was not contained under the wooden frames. I asked the owner if that could be fixed and he initially didnt see an issue, but said he could take care of it by using a cement saw to trim off the rough edges. We scheduled appointments twice and he was a no-show both times, so he was not serious. Im disappointed and feel like that once he considered the job to be done, I was no longer considered an important client. I wont consider this company for any additional projects.
