Finding a trustworthy person to work on your house is usually a headache, but working with Jerry and his team at HandyNauts was honestly a breath of fresh air. I called them out to deal with a leak and a few broken sprinkler heads that were turning my yard into a mess. They got everything fixed up quickly and cleanly, but what really blew me away was Jerry and his team. Instead of just rushing through the job to get to their next appointment, they actually took the time to show me how my irrigation system works. He gave me some great maintenance advice for my home and taught me what to look out for down the road, which I really appreciated. A few things that stood out: Fair & Transparent: Jerry was completely upfront about costs. The pricing was super reasonable, and there weren't any sneaky extra charges at the end. Great Communication: He kept me updated the whole time, showed up when he said he would, and never left me guessing. Solid Work: The repairs were done right the first time, no shortcuts. It's hard to find people who do great work, charge fair prices, and actually care about helping you out. Alec was great: kept me informed about his ETA, showed up when he said he would, very personable and professional. Obviously "knows his stuff!" Did an excellent job of fixing our broken water pipe, showed us the break and explained what our situation was and what it could be going forward with the Quest pipe that was used when the home was built, made recommendations for future replacement. He did an excellent job of cleaning up and replacing the sod that had been removed for the fix. We were extremely happy that we chose him for our repair and will definitely use him again. Highly recommend him.
