We provide "white glove" service to every client. We understand that technology may be intimidating, and we do our best to explain things in non-technical terms and provide excellent customer service.
Helping others and fixing their issues is very rewarding. We love to teach when we can, so our clients can understand why things may break and that we are here to help!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions about their issue, how it happened, etc. so that we may be able to understand the problem. Also, listening intently helps the process so that the client does not buy something that they will not need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are A+ certified with years of experience, having worked on the corporate and home/ home office side of things.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Small businesses, corporations, and private homeowners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are A+ certified, and ask for their certificate credentials. Also ask about their past experience.
