What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Contacting and visiting for estimate and or service

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10 years and training in medexcel a commercial company for landscaping hospitals. I've my applicators license.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It varies depending on work wanted but all inclusive in detailing. I include trimming trees, bed maintenance and chemical application for weed prevention.

How did you get started in this business?

I was working for a commercial company and realized that i could o everything they were as i was the crew leader and had enough schooling to support my own business to offer a fair and low price for work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From commercial to residential the professionalism applied never changes. The attention to detail will never cease and your property will look amazing!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I recently remade a full backyard added Astro turf, built a fence with modern design and changed regular beds to xeriscape with a desert feel

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for the between pricing and insurance to back up business. Most company over charge for services go with a happy medium and your service will be perfect.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are you ready to start project asap or looking to set in future date. Your pro's time is valuable if they're choosing to do an estimate for you free that means they're missing out on garutneed work. For the opportunity of building a work relationship to assist you the best they can.
