Vicki's Maid Service is a residential cleaning service, based out of Friendswood, Texas. We have many excellent references with background checks available apon request. We also offer a variety of services customizable to each customers needs. We'll do the dirty work for you.
I like making people happy. Who doesn't like to come home from a long day at work to a nice clean home. Now you can have more free time to spend with your family, or just be able to do something you enjoy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually ill speak to them either by phone, (text or messaging), or thru email and set an appointment for an estimate. I can give an exact estimate if i see how big the space is, and exactly what services the customer needs. If the customer isnt available for an in home estimate, we can do it through pictures and a detailed explanation of their needs to be met. Then i give a quote and we go from there. I also have a background check available and many references with phone numbers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always liked cleaning /organization and detailing. When I was a kid, I used to beg my mom to let me help. Then as a teenager, I started cleaning my Grandmothers home. She taught me alot. Then Aunt and Uncles and friends. Then when my son started school decided I'd start my.business, so I researched and researched, and also took a couple business classes. Now here I we are, after 3 years. I'm a natural caregiver, so I like doing things to make people smile. And when you come home to a beautifully cleaned fresh home, you smile. And that makes my day.

I'm sorry, but I do not. I customize each.and.every customers service, its specific to their needs and sometimes personality. So no two are the same That's why I like to have a conversation with them, and possibly a in house estimate.
How did you get started in this business?
I started cleaning my Grandmother's house when i was 20, then as the years went by one of my friends asked me, and from there it grew. And now i have a full fledged cleaning business.
