What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to meet with the customer and do a walk-through their home with them to give them an accurate price. I can give them an approximate quote over the phone. And also to get to know my customer and them get to know me. I have several regular Customers that have been using my services for several years now.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified as a small business owner I have my core certificate also certificate for public relations coordinator.. I've successfully completed a Cleaning Business Owner course and received my certificate.I'm certified in organization skills and direct communication skills. I have a certificate of completion of my course in Upholstery and fabric cleaning carpet cleaning and window washing certificate.
