What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to go out and see the homes that needs services that we provide ,and then give quotes for services and negotiate prices with customers and show customers what we do with business photo profiles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a single mother and cleaned friends houses and apartments and did move-in & move-out cleaning and word of mouth works better,from people telling other people about our company,and reviews help our company to get more clientele too.

We do in person estimates and we do take before and after photos of our work each time we clean and if clients would like photos of our work each time then we send them to the clients,we are doing work for if they are not present while we are working.
How did you get started in this business?
I did research on getting the license and We are registered with Harris county court house and We got our DBA #,and we just had to have computer and printer and put our business logo and what our business name and all our services for on business cards and business flyers.and do research on products that work for your company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young as 24-85 and we do what clients needs are.and clients are doing outings and working at jobs and We get access to houses or apartments of codes to enter gated community and individuals have lock boxes with key or combination doors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do look at reviews and get people to recommend them is better.and ask to see photos of their work too.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We do in person estimates cause I feel that you can trust people if you meet them in person and ask them about when they will do discount price on holidays and special occasions,then looking for a discount cleaning,you get what you paid for,see what type of cleaning you get.
