What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat briefly over the phone about what services are needed, set up a time to drive out to customer, drive out to the customer and give an estimate on price. Then, go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience. I've been building fence, mowing lawns, pouring concrete and helping my dad since I was 7 years old. I've been taught how to do excellent work and never cut corners. The perfectionist in me doesn't allow me to do bad work.
