Otherwise, our support starts at $45/hour, invoiced in increments of 1/10 of an hour. A customer pays only if the required service is performed to the customer's satisfaction. This is our no-risk guarantee.
How did you get started in this business?
I chose to work in this industry because quality low-cost computer and network support is hard to find. As a result, many computers are needlessly & prematurely retired, & networks and file-sharing poorly utilized.
