I've always had a passion for cleaning, and I love to beautify an area so anyone will feel comfortable and relaxed knowing it's clean. It's just a refreshing ffeeling to come home everyday to a clean home and/or office. What I love most, is the smile on a person's face, it feels good to know they're happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would request a consultation with my clients to understand exactly what their needs are, 2nd access the project to ensure I quote the best price, 3rd Reassure the client that we are a trustworthy business and upon request we will provide the client with references.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's in Business Administration with emphasis in management. I've held several positions in management along with 19 years experience in the cleaning industry and 18 years working side by side with homebuilders in the banking industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do apologize that I do not have a standard pricing system. My pricing depends on each cleaning need of the customer. I want to be fair and ensure that each customer receives the best price to fit their budget.
How did you get started in this business?
I already had a passion for cleaning at an early age, and being in the banking industry for 15 years+, and while working with Homebuilders, I had first hand to see how dirty the units could get. The Builder and I started a conversation about how dirty the units were and I explained to him I always wanted to clean commercial properties. The builders then asked, why not go into business for yourself? Today this builder is one of my biggest clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with Homebuilders (custom homes and their 3 phase final cleans) Developers (commercial projects), Realtors (make readys), and Homeowners (maid service).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The largest home ever for CydLons was a custom home nearly 17,000 sf that required a lot of detail cleaning and with a massive of assorted windows (231). The feature this home presented was rated a 5 star in my eyes and a beauty to clean. We performed a three phase Cleaning process, which included a 2day process for each cleaning to ensure it was spotless (6 days total). This house is posted in the photo section of my profile.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The amount of training in the Cleaning industry, make sure they're attentive to your needs, and always be clear with pricing, and build a rapport towards trust.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
From a professional point of view, and also a customer; credentials first (insured and bonded), the amount of experience and pricing. Check Better Business Bureau status.
