Our Hourly Labor rate is $85 after all repairs we do clean your mower to insure there is no visible leaks and any kind of structural damage and plus when you get it back it's like picking up a new mower again.
How did you get started in this business?
Been in the repair business since I was 14 years of age I just have a passion for fixing stuff from all vehicles to tractors to mowers if he has nuts and bolts I love it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with great people in this industry love to see people's face when I can help them.a breakdown does not have to be a bad experience if you treat your customers the way you would want to be treated honesty integrity is the way we do business.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I had a customers father drop off his mower for repairs on the battery cable and a basic service and look over so when I called him with the price of the basic needs he addressed he wasn't to happy with the price of the repairs but did understand they needed done so when I got more involved in the repairs it needed a lot of work on on the deck of mower witch was right at $500 more dollars but I did notice the year and hours on the mower may have some warranty left so I called it in to the warranty company and yes it was still covered it only had 1 month our 10 more hours of warranty left on it so when I called him and told him about what else it needed he wasn't to happy at all but I went on and told him it wasn't gone to cost him nothing and I got it covered under his warranty he did not even know he had a warranty he was a very pleased customer because we go above the average shop to make sure we do the best job in the lawn mower repair business so you can be assured the job is done right the first time and in a timely manor.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you go to a established shop that stands behind there repairs.
