What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and Schedule "Walk through". Details wanted or needed. What type of job (example: rental or Realtor clean for House Showings/Stage)? Need square footage; Time frame needed; Anything wanted for Best Job outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having worked in Supervisor for School Food Services over 20 yrs, I knew what required code for Cleaning/Storage was. Health Department inspections were always above requirements, scored high points.

Depending on job and details needed/wanted; I charge accordingly. I give details in Contract agreement signed by Owner or Their Representative. Extras "like" ice maker, old tile cleaning, stoves/ovens, windows are broken down with costs.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked as a teen after School at Manteca Hospital Kitchen and for Bob's Burgers....Both were kept exceptionally clean. The School systems in CA taught Me a lot about organizing storage, and cleaning stainless steel, and tile. I make a lot of My own cleaning supplies. Detail is a gift that I value as best teacher.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Historical 2 story home in Longview, TX. This Home had been remodeled but a lot clean up required, Client wanted it “spotless”. This home had been written about in Longview Newspaper.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be specific with wants/needed details required. Ask time frame to complete. List any detail of concern in project.
