What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first consultation allows us to meet and go over the project details. I typically submit an estimate within 2 days of that meeting. Once a customer accepts the bid, I submit a contract to the customer stating the work to be performed as well as the terms of the agreement. Customers are required to sign the contract and submit the deposit at that time. Once the deposit and contract are received, the project will be added to the schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in remodeling for 28 years. I learned by working with some of the best tradesmen I've ever met. I can say I've pretty much faced every scenario you could think of. I see the problems before they're exposed because I've seen it all before. I employ the best tradesman available. We treat our employees like family. They are happy and their performance is evidence of that.
