What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my clients to duscuss their projects, then I provide them with a formal proposal. Once my client accepts my proposal, I like to schedule a meeting with my client and have them choose paint, tile, granite, laminate, hardware...ect. Once they have chosen everything, I then provide them a schedule date and collect the deposit to begin their project.
