What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the client and I have had contact(text or call) I set a time to meet in person. This way I can be shown exactly what needs to be done. From there I will write up a quote and delivery to client within 24 hr(48 hrs if a larger project). Once quote is approved I will have a Service Agreement signed and the date to start will be set.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is usually a customized process, based on what the client is needing completed. For one off items I charge $50/hr with a min of 2hrs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the opportunity to work all types of people, from singles to family groups, elderly, LGBTQ+ and other ethnicities. Each time I come away with having learned something new, sometime able to then take that knowledge and incorporate it into my work. I enjoy what I do and love when my clients are happy with my work but interacting,no matter how small or large a project, with the diverse population here in the Dallas area is best.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get multiple quotes and make sure they are insured or bonded just on the off chance something goes wrong...
