How did you get started in this business?
Found a need in the industry as my company was doing layoffs in 2008-09 financial crisis.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Helped customer recover from the Cryto Virus, Then after reinfection 3x took over their entire network administration. This included putting workstaton and server monitoring and management in place. My tools found the root infected machines, cleaned them up and they are running great now!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions and trust but verify based on initial project or issue. Also make sure the system is worh the pricing of fixing vs replacing.
