What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asseing the damage, Checking the migration of the water and levels of moisture in each material. Going over the next steps and plan of action. Either walking the customer through filing or speaking to a claims representative or if they want to adddess the damage themselves. All options are available. We can assist with the whole process from start to finish of repairs and reconstruction. We are a turn key company. Full Restorstion and Reconstruction
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a multiple certificates and training. Over 20 years in experience. Our techs are certified and well trained. We hold multiple designations in the IICRC - Master Water Restorer, Master Textile Cleaner, and Master Fire and Smoke Restorer.

We started as a daily tech for a big company and gradually elevated in experience and course training.
