We are so happy with the work Next Door Painting did for us. We had just bought our first home and needed to have most of the interior painted. They helped us pick a color that looks great and did the work quickly. I highly recommend using Next Door Painting!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our customer care team will contact you to set an appointment for a onsite visit.

Our technician will arrive promptly for your scheduled visit and spend 30-45 minutes with you discussing your project and walking your home to do an inspection.

The tech will then provide you with a written estimate for the work to be performed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have attended multiple Sherwin Williams paint trainings and have been certified a "green" company.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We do not have standard pricing, we price per the job.

How did you get started in this business?

The owners started the business while still in college and realized they had a shared love for home improvement and wanted to share that with thier customers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have done tiny houses to large mansions. Giant office buildings to small "mom and pop" shops.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

We helped to restore an original Heights bungalow to it's former glory!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Beware of the cheapest quote, compare materials, reputation and time frames. The saying "If it seems too good to be true...", is unfortunately usually the case.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What do I want to accomplish from my project?

What are my absolute must haves?

What can I wait to have done if the cost is prohibitive?
