We listen to what the customer wants and try to accommodate them within their budget. Suggesting changes as needed. All changes or additions are always approved by the customer first so there are no suprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams training comes from years of tile work with masters of the trade. We continually seek out new producs and processes to deliver the best work possible
What types of customers have you worked with?
Investors, Realtors, and homeowners. Several of our guys have also work in the commercial residental industry remodeling hotels and supervising new construction
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be careful, if they don't have an established record be weary. A good contractor should be able to explain the nuts and bolts of a job and give you detailed step by step descriptions of the process. Sometimes there are surprises but a seasoned contractor knows how to handle these. ALSO, a good contractor will always be available for questions or to hear concerns
