I’ve worked in the industry since my teen years off and on . Throughout the years I’ve gained valuable knowledge and experience. Meeting customers needs and wants is our priority .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on the job. It’s always best to see the project before hand so there are no surprises for the client nor us . We usually suggest to visit the property first .
How did you get started in this business?
Working side by side with my father “a jack of all trades” and also working for Malu Construction help me gain valuable knowledge in multiple fields . I have remodeled homes from unlivable conditions and turning them into $500k properties .
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with mostly residential but are looking to expand to commercial as well .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always always meet with contractors have them see you property / ptoject to be and voice your ecpectations . Secondly get it in writing . What customers sometimes forget to request is to get the duration of the job in writing.
