What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an area survey to price the bid properly in order to cover material, labor & also meet the customer at a comfortable price point. I also ask & search for possible hazards in the requested service area
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked 10+ years in the landscaping & maintenance field; professionally & as a hobby.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandmother had us in the yard as kids keeping up the yard to instill a solid work ethic in us.

I've worked with residential, commercial & independent contractors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Completing my first solo concrete job and seeing the look on the clients face along with their referrals was a good feeling. It shows me that my dedication and work is starting to speak for itself.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you do your own survey of the area you desire work to o locate hazards & be as detailed as possible so that a proper quote can be given for the job needed.
