Lawn Crew

This yard is suppose to be done every other week, we are lucky if its done once a month. They showed up on 08/20 do mow and drafted the money prior to work being done. It rained a little bit, the crew left and told my husband they would return on Monday to finish. Monday got here and after numerous attempts to reach them with no response until today. I had to use a phone that the number would not be recognized and they answered on the first ring. Derek indicated they would not be back the job is too big for them. He is suppose to refund the money but cant before Friday for whatever reason. I was pleased in the beginning but as time goes on the work was not very well done and scheduling was a MAJOR problem. This was started in March and by July things had gone very down hill. I paid an additional $2300 for maintenance on the flower beds and even that was never completed as laid out in the beginning. Very very disappointed!! Be careful and get everything in writing.

This is the 1st lawn service I have hired that does exactly what they say. The crew worked several hours and the yard looks awesome. They are extremely courteous and happy to do whatever makes me happy. I look forward to a very long relationship with this company. I would recommend them to everyone.
