Proscaping Of Houston

I discovered that working with Proscaping of Houston was an awesome experience. Mr.Luis ( owner ) of Proscaping of Houston was very professional and very fair on the pricing. Which really made my day - because I had my concerns and doubts about hiring Proscaping of Houston due to the previous review by Mr. Bob.

I definitely will contact Proscaping of Houston for any of my future projects.. I highly recommend him.

At first good. Came and said I had a bad valve. I asked could it just be the diaphram and he said no it was the valve. Made me a little curious how he could tell but I agreed to a price to replace the valve. Next day he shows up and he is not digging out to replace the valve instead he is putting in a new diaphragm. And he still wants the money he quoted for replacing the whole valve. He said he had to buy a new valve just to get the diaphragm. Not true. New valves cost $30 to $40 but you can get the diaphragm for anywhere from a couple dollars to 3 or 4 dollars. So he saved all the labor of having to dig and cut pc and glue it all back to just removing 4 screws. We argued a little and he said to just give him his cost of paying Thumbtack or whoever he is listed with and gas to get to my place. I gave him that plus $20 dollars for the $2 dollar diaphragm and his labor for removing and replacing the 4 screws. He said I was paying for his knowledge. If so why did he not at least try the easy fix and quote me a price for that and if that didnt work I would pay more for the valve replace. Disappointed with his response and I would not recommend this contractor. Shame to because he was very polite and responded quickly. But just cant come to terms with the final outcome. You can of course make your own choice.
