We have a 16x32 rectangle pool with a 4' stair and 4' perimeter of grey concrete sidewalk. Includes the pool with a max depth of 8', 1 hp pump and sand filter. Price is $40,000. This price will vary depending on the site visit, local codes, permits, etc.
We require 1/3 up front to purchase materials, 1/3 when we start the excavation and the balance upon completion of the pool.
Financing is available for qualified buyers
How did you get started in this business?
My wife had been asking for a pool for years. I didn't care for the concrete/gunite pools that were being offered. I researched options and decided that I would build our in ground pool using a Royal Steel Pool with a 25 mil vinyl liner. Lots of reasons why there are more of these pools built in America than either concrete/gunite or fiberglass. Call me to find out why these pools are so popular.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
3 choices for in ground pools. Concrete/gunite, fiberglass and vinyl liners. Just because a product is popular, doesn't make it the best choice. Look at the advantages that the vinyl pool offers; fast installation, low maintenance cost over the lifetime of your pool, low operating chemical costs and most importantly your kids, friends and relatives will love the difference that swimming and playing in a vinyl pool provides.
