What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal at Immaculate Solutions is to meet and exceed our customers expectations!! When working with new customers we try to find out the customers' cleaning needs and budget. Then, if given the opportunity, we try to negotiate the fairest price possible for the customer. Finally, we find out the best time to complete the cleaning, details of home, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
What inspired me to start working in the cleaning industry was brainstorming about things that I like to do that make me happy. Cleaning is something I deeply enjoy. For me, it provides a sense of accomplishment. So, I decided to start a cleaning service!

Customers should consider hiring pros that have completed background checks to ensure they are trust worthy. Also, consider the quality and care the pro can provide to their home or business.

Customers should consider things like what exactly they would like cleaned inside their home or business. Also, consider what their cleaning budget may be.
