I did not like how the grass was cut. All the grass clippings were left on top of the lawn after cutting them. His fixed rate did not include much. Any additional work was ten dollars more. Trimming the hedges was extra, I could not tell if weed eating along the fence line was done or not with all the grass clippings left behind. I will try hiring him one more time to see if there are any improvement. I feel I should get better lawn care for the fixed rate he is asking. Besides my lawn is not a regular size lot its very small compared to to most lawns.......

basically it depends on the work, for example, if it is a wooden fence, the prisoners are in the range of 16 to 23 dollars per linear foot
