What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the client via phone, if an on-site visit is needed we will send a technician to the client's location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are college grads with certifications in IT.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our rates are $125 for the first two hours and $95 every hour after that. Most issues are resolved in the first hour.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our main focus is small to medium businesses such as oil and gas, medical, dental, and industrial. We do service home users also.

Every time we complete a project I enjoy seeing the customers respond to the completed work.

Be careful who you hire, look at the company's Google reviews. Make sure they have insurance and are trustworthy.
