I helped a lady and fixed her home computer. Then the next day we went to her office where I fixed various problems with her work computers.

Make sure they have been in business for a long time to show their reliability. And make sure they have experience with your type of equipment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The most important thing is to have a good idea of what the final solution looks like. Then we can work with you to determine the best way to get there.
