How did you get started in this business?
Lost my full-time job at the time and started repairing computers to make ends meat. I now work as a full time IT specialist.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check for references and see how they have treated previous clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Will the pro put my needs ahead of making money? My answer is YES. On many occassions I have turned down work and just given advice in place of making the repair. This is typically more cost effective for my client. I feel as if I treat them honestly that the client will some day call me back for services in the future.
