What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wheb you call in or our specialist calls you, they will ask you a few questions about your issue to determine if we can service your issue remotely or if it requires an on-site technician. This only takes a couple of minutes. You will be quoted a price for the service which is a fixed fee (no surprises), collect your payment and tranfer your directly to our support desk for immediate service. On-site visits are scheduled then confirmed by our disbatch team within one business day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For Remotes Services - We provide 24/7/365, US-based support to diagnose and fix your issue. Our technicians are certified by Microsoft and Apple to work on your systems as well as background checked and insured for your safety. There is a single fee for this service and no limit on our time to fix or diagnose the issue. Once resolved, we will keep your ticket open for 48-hours to make sure the issue was resolved. If the issue reoccurs, simply call us back and we will continue to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
For On- site Services - We provide 2-hours of on-site support to diagnose and/or fix the issue. Our technicians are certified by Microsoft and Apple to work on your systems. They have been COVID-19 screened, background checked and are insured. We follow all COVID-19 recommended practices for our trade.
