Seek a pro with good integrity and professionalism and one that informs the customer of their capability.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A major one is will any demolition be required to do the project? Is there enough space for the project within set backs? Has they fully defined what they want and thought it through what is the desired end result? Do they have enough funding to ensure completion?
