They corrected/fixed a crumbling retaining wall. They were on time and did a good job. They did not do a patch and band aid job. We needed it securely fixed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I set an appointment .  Meet them up and give them a price on what they have. If we agree, I go back to my office and type up a contract/proposal and bring it back. Sign contract contract  and ready to go

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have had over 20 years of experience with concrete and retaining walls

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It really depends on the location of the project Wether it be at the back yard, easy access etc

How did you get started in this business?

My dad started it in the 80s

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with basically every type of customer you can think of.

Installing a new driveway and garage in Dallas. Never met the owner. Everything was on phone and finds using zelle. Didn't find out later that the owner lives in Chicago. But we did a good job...

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do not go for the cheapest..

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

That the contractor understands what he's talking about...that they are specific.. step by step from beginning to the end and also materials used.. be specific
