We try to stay small so we can be more "hands on" instead of trying to reach quotas to make payroll like big companies. I personally began working in the early 1980s with my uncle, Steven Espinoza. Strictly serving homes in Highland Park and University Park. With over 30 years experience, I will always help make properties the best they can be even if it means investing a little more time and effort.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually speak over the phone to setup an appointment to meet at their property, at their convinience. I really prefer to walk the grounds myself to not only properly introduce myself to a new potential client but also to get all specifics down and answer any questions that may be necessary. I want them to know, I am there for them always, instead of a rep, salesman or foreman.
