About

I have been a Professional Inspector for over 30 years and hold 3 other license in the construction field. I have inspected over 26,000 houses in my career and more than 2,500 commercial buildings. My well-being is with my client. I ensure that you know what needs to be repaired or replaced due to being at the end of its economical life.

I enjoy evaluating homes for my clients to give them peace of mind with one of the biggest investments in their life and with the many years of experience that I have in construction, I am able to do that.

They are truly professional, timely and detailed in their reports. They cover DFW metroplex even some outskirts. I needed them to escalate an inspection, and they did with no problem the next day. My clients even understood what repairs was needed and the things that went well that we could go over it together. I would recommend them to anyone especially Realtors, Real Estate agents!!

Having a background in construction, it started in 1990 when General Dynmanics laid off 4,000 people in one day. I decided then being that I had a very strong background in construction, that I would persue a career in home inspection once I heard about it. Now I have been a professional inspector for over 29 years.
