What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We create an appointment at their request. They receive a text with the appointment and a hoot of their tech. When 5e ECB is enroute to their home they receive another text which allows the customer to see the tech drive to the home. We then complete a diagnosis of the product and present the estimate.

over 200 hours of formal education and training. Over 500,000 service calls completed successfully with 97% Satisfaction. I began in 1996 building GE refrigerators in Tennessee.

How did you get started in this business?
Began building refrigerators in a factory. Before leaving that company, I was able to repair ay unit that did not off the line. I then transitioned to the field and worked for Sears for the next 14 years. After accomplishing #1 Technician in the state of Texas for 10 years in a row, I decided to open a company to address all the issues customers have with service...we successfully service our customers with ease. We are very easy to coordinate with.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My 1st. Granddaughter was born at Thanksgiving.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Read reviews. Then personally talk to the tech who will be coming to your home. Or Speak with the owner. Ask questions, explain the issue. If you like the person you are talking to, and you trust them. Give them a chance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Price your appliance new. A 400.00 Dishwasher is often better replaced. How much am I willing to pay to get this working again. Average appliance repair bill is 275.00. Ask yourself, does the repair make sense versus replacing.
