I have been in business for 6 1/2 years out of Hurst, Texas. What I enjoy about what I do is putting a smile on my clients faces and seeing how happy they are when they enter their homes after a long day of work and seeing how clean their home is and how good it smells. It is awesome getting a text message from a client saying thank you and how happy they are with my services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is once we speak on the phone, I like to set up a walkthrough of the home to meet client and find out what their cleaning needs are to give a fair quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mom use to have a cleaning business and I was her partner. She had her business for 15 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I base my pricing based on square footage, cleaning needs, etc. while still trying to be fair and affordable.
How did you get started in this business?
I found myself without a job and decided to start my business here on the DFW metroplex.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential, commercial and apartment move out/move in cleanings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice would be not to go for someone who claims to be the cheapest cleaning company out there. I've learned that cheapest doesn't always mean the best cleaning.
I've had clients who complained that they went cheap and the cleaning of their home was not done well.
