First, I get the necessary information in order to have a full understanding of the customer's problem with an existing computer or wants/needs for another one.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I went to service a newly referred customer during the recent winter storm. He was so pleased with my work, that he bought a new server from me as well as had me come to perform some additional upgrades to his existing computers. He then in turn referred me to one of his clients, who utilized my services & vowed to recommend me to others.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Read reviews on sites such as Yelp, Google & Nextdoor. Most importantly, seek recommendations from friends, family & coworkers of someone they've used, have been pleased with their products/services & that they trust.
