Maverick. Is a stand alone type company that travel to its customers for better service and the differences between you coming to the shop and the shop coming to you.
I enjoy the travel and meeting other people that other wise I might never meeting. And also helping them fix a problem.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a possible client calls. I introduce myself and company to them. Then discuss the trouble they are experiencing with their machine and set a time for Maverick to come out.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a diploma from Penn Foster in small engine to medium engines...
I started working on lawn mowers in high school.

The price for a service call in Mesquite is $40.00 pulse parts and labor.
Monday thru Friday 0800am to 1700pm

How did you get started in this business?
I had a friend ask me to fix his mower and saw how I fixed it and offered me a job. Then I bought him out so he could retire.
What types of customers have you worked with?
If you call me you have just been made a best customer. Why because you called the one that really cares. I treat each client like I want to be treated and that is with respect and honesty.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I took a riding mower from 21" inches to 55" inches high and made it a 4x4 tractor. Using part that I had. I bought nothing for that project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware of scammer. Do not let people in your house that are asking a lot of questions that do not apply to the reason they are there.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is needed and the cost to fix it.
