The first step to working with a new client is giving out their free personal quote for the space that needs cleaned. Once the client accepts the quote giving and books the day that best suites them for their cleaning, Kwality Kleaning visits the home on the scheduled day and complete the cleaning. With hopes of 100% satisfaction and recurring services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've recently start this cleaning business. However, I have been cleaning for the past 10 years.

How did you get started in this business?
I started my own cleaning company because I was constantly scheduling cleanings for my household since I am a mom of three who works and was attending school, but I noticed after each cleaning of spending so much money, the cleanings was not done to perfection. I could always spot everything that has been missed or not cleaned. So, I thought, why not start a cleaning company since I have an eye for perfection when it comes to cleanliness and actually give clients the clean that they are paying for.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked residential clients, homeowners, vacation properties. With hopes of starting commercial very soon.
