I was the Computer Director for the Dallas Cowboys Football Club from 1985-1989 and installed all of their first personal computer systems, network and server.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Review the project details and needs via eMail or text or phone.
2. Determine parts needed, if any, and purchase according to the Client's payment preferences.
3. Perform the work needed and review the results with the Client.
4. Determine the cost of the Project and receive payment from the satisfied Client.
5. After Project support as needed, including additional Projects if desired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Science degree in Computer Science, 30 years experience in working with computers of all major types.
