What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is number one! Discuss what the customer would like to accomplish and offer a proposal. When the client is satisfied with the proposal and plan we take care of the neccessary planning to prepare for the work. (811, permits etc.) Set up timeline and start the work!
