I'm Stephanie. My daughter, Lena & I moved to Texas from Iowa a year ago. We previously worked with and helped build my sisters cleaning company Cleanscape LLC out of Tiffin Iowa. I was the hiring managers and team lead. Tiffin is in the Corridor community of the University of Iowa where we serviced the homes of the University Doctors, Professors, Graduate students, lawyers in Iowa City and Local realtors.
Our services we provide are for the standard clean of commercial properties such as Banks, Doctor offices, Data Management Offices; Reaidential property: standard cleans, deep cleans, turn-overs of apartment complex and rental homes, move outs, new construction.
We are happy to work with people on a budget, we are willing to give a quote, we do have a standard set hourly rate-however rates are negotiable according to number or hours needed and or frequency of cleanings.
Standard rate:$24/hr (2 people) minimum 2 hours.
We accept: cash, Venmo, Cashapp, paypal
We currently work with a company as Independent Contractors and have a 5-Star Rating and are listed as their Top Cleaner in the Corpus Christi Area.
