Hello, my name is Terrie. I clean condo’s and homes mostly for rentals. Your guests will have no complaints! I go above and beyond when I clean. I treat your property like it’s my own! I take pride in the work I do, also leave a welcoming towel folded critter for your guests upon arrival. Making them feel special! I’m dependable and flexible for short term rentals and turn arounds. I will also send you pictures after cleaning, along with any issues found or damages from renter. I also have a condo for rent via short term- I have guests that have returned 4/6 times in a year due to cleanliness and the little extra touches. Great rates. Prices where you provide cleaning equipment / cleaners or I do. Linens provided by you or me. OPTIONS -to make it easier you. You get to book them and sit back and collect the money. I’ll take pics after clean and if any damages if it’s a rental. I provide lil extras to make them feel welcome!

I have my own transportation, very dependable and honest!!!!!! Able to clean 24/7!- so you don’t loose money. Short notice is generally not a problem. Small extra fee may apply.,
