What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet with the customer to see what type of project the customer would like and provide an estimate. If the customer decides tomhave the project completed, I am the project manager and on site throughout the duration of the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Each project is different and priced accordingly so no I do not have standard pricing. We are a custom design/build company.
How did you get started in this business?
I started the landscape company over 30 years ago because it is what I enjoy doing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers from small residential to large commercial. We no longer do the large commercial and prefer residential customers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I am fond of all of our projects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise a customer to hire a contractor with a proven track record in the industry. Check references!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should have a budget in mind and if not, I certainly can assist them after finding out what they are trying to accomplish.
